We accept returns within 3 days after receipt. Returns that are not due to flaws in the instrument are subject to a 10% restocking fee, and the customer is responsible for shipping costs both ways. Flaws that affect playability or are covered by the factory warranty can be returned free of charge, pending an official inspection and verification by a Bounty Music technician.
