Pono

In Hawaiian, the word "Pono" is defined as goodness and excellence. This is the goal we will continue to pursue. Using a variety of solid woods, our Pono instruments have come to be recognized for their classic warm tone and ease of playability. Pono instruments are professionally designed and handcrafted. All manufacturing is conducted by and closely supervised by Ko'olau Guitar & Ukulele Company, and then final adjustments and set-up at our factory on the island of Oahu, Hawaii.
