Shipping Charges:
Spend $1 to $30 = $10
$30.01 to $100 = $25
$100.01 to $200 = $30
$200.01 to $350 = $40
$350.01 and Up = $45

Returns & Refunds

We will accept returns for any reason within 3 days of your receipt of goods*. Please follow the guidelines to insure proper credit:

• Return item(s) within 3 days of receipt
• Call (808) 871-1141 for shipping instructions.

*Less freight charges.

Defective Items

If the item is defective, we will replace the item after the defective one is returned to Bounty Music. Please call (808) 871-1141 for shipping instructions.

Items Damaged During Shipment

All merchandise damaged during shipment is covered by the shipping company. If you receive merchandise damaged during shipping, please keep the packaging and notify the shipping company right away. Please let us know if you need assistance.
